This is done through a four-phase process that adequately accesses talent and understands the needs of the athlete. This process proves most effective ensuring both the goals of the aspiring athlete and the specific needs of the university are met.

Determine the exact athletic and academic level of each student athlete identify what options should be considered for each athlete
Assistance with application and scholarship process to universities
Academic preparation keeps a checklist to ensure:
College Board account
SAT registration transcript preparation
Consultation for high school courses to take.
Athletic certification (NCAA, NAIA)
Consultation which tournaments or competitions to attend (if applicable)
Creating releases highlighting student athletes academic and athletic ability
Direction and review of skills footage
Stage 3: CONNECTION to Universities
Researched based list of “best fit” colleges and universities for each athlete.
Utilize vast knowledge of soccer in the US university
Management of contact with coaches
Inform coaches of athletes progress; revisions to profile
Documentation management of each schools communication and scholarship offers
Stage 4: Final Steps TRANSITION to the US
Consultation of scholarship options throughout the negotiation process with selected school/coach
Guidance with application forms, student visa, flights, and insurance
Complete transition partnership until student athlete is assimilated into their chosen universities school culture and team
